2. Machine Overview:
HZ-R2030V series is economical CNC router for woodworking, fulfilling the need for the production with most wooden materials.
Device use vacuum system and dust collector, convenience to work fast and efficiently.
3. CNC router configurations:
1). Working area: 2000mm*3000mm*200mm(X,Y,Z axis), we also accept customized size.
2). The machine has vacuum table, helps adsorption the materials, does not move, and maintains the accuracy of the engraving position. Particularly suitable for lightweight or large materials.
3). Machine use 3.2KW water cooled spindle, can choose air cooling spindle or bigger power, like 4.5KW, 5.5KW, 6KW
4). The whole body of the bed is welded and tempered at high temperature to ensure small deformation, good rigidity and high strength.
5). Machined rack and pinion with imported equipment, Taiwan original square linear guide, stable transmission.
6). With breakpoint, power-off and continuous engraving function, it has the function of automatic error correction of homing point,
which effectively guarantees the processing precision when working for long time.
