  This high quality cosmetic bottle cap automatic UV coating line has been installed.<br />
Process (for reference only):<br />
We have designed a 2 spray UV automatic coating production line: Load Flame Treatment Ionization Primer Coating Spray - UV-UV Preheat UV Oven - Cooling and Unloading Metallization. According to this design, after metallization, the metallized lamp must be brought to the initial loading area, repeating the previous treatment (only the flame treatment chamber, primer coating chamber). In this way, the conveyor will be able to run without any work, because the whole process is not continuous, so some power will be lost. But this design will save your purchase costs.<br />
You can see the equipment in this design are: conveyor belt 1, flame display stand 1, ionization chamber 1, spray chamber 2, flash part 2, infrared oven preheat 1, UV oven 1, metal processing plant 1 (also with Air shower and AHU)<br />
Simultaneously,<br />
2. We rely on three kinds of spray UV automatic coating production line: Load Flame Treatment Ionization Primer Coating Spraying - Spray UV Spray UV UV Preheat UV Oven Cooling and Unloading Metallized Load Ionization - Toncoat Spray UV UV Preheat UV Preheat UV Oven cooling, unloading and packaging. In this design, the whole process is continuous, for the 2 spray line is different. You can see in this design, the equipment is: conveyor belt 1 (longer), flame chamber -1, ionization chamber -2, spray 3, flashover section 3, infrared oven preheating 2, UV oven 2 shower and AHU extra). Therefore, according to this design, your procurement costs will be higher (the first design price is almost twice), but the operating costs will be saved.<br />
