The large cnc lathe is&nbsp;single column large vertical lathe machine,designed on high torque cutting, can realize high speed and high precision cutting. Large vertical lathe machine can achieve two axis linkage, cutting cylindrical surface, conical surface, arc surface and any combination surfaces.

Large vertical lathe machine is mainly used for high-speed steel, carbide cutting tools and ceramic cutting tools, for ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and parts of non-metallic parts inside and outside the cylindrical surface, internal and external conical surface, arc surface and the complex surface rough finishing. Large cnc lathe is with high precision,sufficient rotation rigidity and thermal stability.Large vertical lathe machine should be placed in the constant temperature environment, away from the vibration and electromagnetic interference. To ensure the rigidity and stability of machine ,castings are treated after artificial aging and vibration aging.
