Jiach MCB-511 TM Cleaning agent Is a high pH value of comprehensive formulations, mainly used in the removing of organic matter, silt and other particles attached to the membrane surface, it is suitable for aromatic polyamide reverse osmosis membrane and hollow fiber membrane, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration membranes.
Excellent cleaning effect can be extended running time of film.
Cleaning instructions
1 , Check the cleaning tank and connect the lines, and clean with RO water production;
2 check the security and exchange new cleaning filter element
3 , with reverse osmosis water or saline injection cleaning tank to the proper amount, adding the calculated dosage, mixed with a cleaning solution circulating pump, heater mixed solution was heated to a temperature specified by the manufacturer of the film;

4 in the direction of water for 30-60 minutes cleaning cycle. Purge rate should membrane manufacturer or system supplier recommended values. If you can not find the number, please contact the company;
