Product Detail

How to make ply bamboo? At first, cut bamboo and polish into rectangular strips and then boiled to remove sugars. Drying and keep the moisture content around 6-8%, polish premium quality strips for manufacturing bamboo plywood. Those strips then glue with E1-level adhesives and finally compression together to plywood. All our bamboo panel are unfinished and natural,so that it can be customs stained and finished flexible according to customers demands.
Bamboo panel is one of the most popular materials for customized furniture, cabinet, worktops, Skateboard,staircase, decoration etc. As a bamboo veneer and panel manufacture, we can produce different kind of size and structure according to customers’ requirements.Our bamboo panels has long been received a high reputation of high stability, color match, flatness, moisture control, style collections and providing formaldehyde free panels.
