Telescopic bollard(post)/retractable bollard(post) is mainly designed for the security purpose.

It's installed and located in car parks, sidewalks, entrance of public block, shop fronts to prevent the vehicles breaking into an unwant place, provide the great security for people effectively and politely.

It can be lift up and release down freely, with a padlock or push button lock for the controlling, which makes itself very flexible for use. When there's any emergency situation, it can be released down to the under ground to let people deal with matters in a spacious room.
