  Reproduced Louis XV Period ormolu mounted inlaid galbee (curved) commode attributed to FRANCOIS MONDON, with a marble top, magnificent chiseled bronzes and five drawers.

Francois Mondon was born 1694 & Died 1770

FranCois Mondon was received as master craftsman around 1730 or 1735. He collaborated several times with the furniture maker of the crown, Gilles Joubert. Several pieces delivered for the crown by Joubert were in fact stamped by Mondon.
