Product Detail

the product is polyethylene film coated with solvent free pressure sensitive acrylic resin adhesive then with several special auxiliary processes to produce to be current film. It's soft-nature, good aging resistance, easy to strip, and no glue solution remain on the protection surface. It protects the application products against polluting, corroding, and scratching during the course of production, transport, store and use. In addition, it also keeps the painted surface brightly and colorfully, thus improving the products quality and market competition. Our products range is as follow:
1) Base film: PE (polyethylene)
2) Thickness: 0.03-0.18mm
3) Width: within 1600mm 4) length: within 2000meters
5) Colors: Milky white, blue, black / white, clear, printed, green or according to customer
6) Viscosity: minimal, weak, moderate and strong
7) Adhesive: water based acrylic and solvent based acrylic
8) Internal diameter: 76mm
9) Adhesive strength: 10-600g/25mm
10) Applications:
a. Aluminum products (Aluminum section materials, aluminum sheets and plastics-coated sheets)
b. Steel products (stainless steel, spray-finished Metal sheets, stainless steel kitchenware)
