1. Ceramic balls have the following features: 1) Materials: silicon nitride (Si3N4), Zirconia (ZrO2), Alumina (Al2O3) 2) Application: for bearings, inspection, pumps, and other rolling conditions 3) Capacity: 3,000,000pcs/month for 5/32" silicon nitride balls 4) Diameter: 1/64" ~ 2" 5) Precision: G3 ~ G20 Specifications (compare to steel): 1) Lighter than steel; 2) Larger elastic modulus; 3) Lower friction coefficient, rolls more freely; 4) Lower coefficient of thermal expansion; 5) Superior surface finish; 6) Higher high-temperature hardness; 7) Never rust, and can roll without oil or grease; 8) Better corrosion resistant than steel

2. Ceramic rings (for pad-printer) have the following features: 1) Material: zirconia (ZrO2) 2) Have fine crystalline and density higher than 6.05g/cm3 3) Have superior wear resistance performance, which lengthens the life of the ceramic ring and avoids leakage 4) Edge breadth can be less than 0.1mm, single or double edge with different specifications, thickness can be less than 3mm

Its high dielectric properties are beneficial in electronic products. 2) Zirconia (ZrO2) has the highest strength and toughness at room temperature of all the advanced ceramic materials. The fine grain size allows for extremely smooth surfaces and sharp edges. 3) Silicon nitride (Si3N4) exceeds other ceramic materials in thermal shock resistance. It also offers an excellent combination of low density, high strength, low thermal expansion and good corrosion resistance and fracture toughness. 4) Silicon carbide (SiC) has the highest corrosion resistance of all the advanced ceramic materials. It also retains its strength at temperatures as high as 1400C and offers excellent wear resistance and thermal shock resistance.
