The usage of OPP and application area:
1.Antisepsis:
It and its sodium salt can be used as antiseptic, the inhibitor of dnase, composed widely of disinfect in addition to the fungi ability, tasteless and is not poisonous. It can be used for the fruit and vegetables to defend mildewed to protect fresh, such as lemon,peaches,apples,tomatoes etc.Especially used for the oranges to defend mildewed , can make putrefied decline to lowest limit.
2. The dyeing carrier of synthetic fiber:
The OPP and its water-soluble sodium salt can make the fuel of the polyester fiber.Adopting OPP as dyeing carrier for the dye, can lower the dyeing temperature of the polymer, raise solid colour.OPP also could improve the dissolve of fiber bulge consumedly.through the bulge processing, the fiber can become stereoscopic wood grain, and decrease the defend of fiber wrinkly as well.
3.Synthesize new phosphorus-containing fire retardant and materials of fire retardant:
With the OPP for raw material, can synthesize new fire retardant middle agent -DOPO. This fire retardant contains phosphorus, it is a kind of very important chemical engineering product and wide range of application of organic middle agent. As a responding retardant middle agent,it can be used for synthesizing high mark retardant sub-material ,such as polyester, the epoxy of fire retardant ,the polycarbonate of fire retardant,etc., at same time also used for synthesizing solid colour,defending rust,anti-oxygen, high mark sub-material stability,optical material and raise high gather organic deliquescence fire retardant and so on.
4.It can be used for the synthetic fiber of Appease water property.Carrier of terylene carrier dyeing method and dyestuff middle agent;Or the hot stability of the plastics, Surfactant, meanwhile this product can also applied in helps of rubber industry, photo chemicals and for producing the non- ion type to emulsify etc..
