It is our pleasure to introduce ourselves as manufacturers of Heat
exchangers used many kind of Extruded fin tubes.
Our Extruded fin tubes, which are made on Special Finning Machine,
give maximum efficiency and long life.
Special Finning Machine is made by ourselves.
The Extruded fin tube is formed by rolling process that raises fins
in a continuous spiral on a straight length of tubing.
Generally, this fin type is formed from a bimetallic tube consisting of an
aluminium outer tube and an inner tube of almost any material.
We can make the finned tube from a bimetallic tube and monolithic copper
fin tube.
Moreover, Our Special Finning Machine can make Wave on the fins.
Wave on the fins gives turbulence to the air flow and enhances the over-all
heat transfer coefficient.
The heat transfer equipments designed with this Wave fin tubes are more
compact and economic than ordinary extruded fin tubes.
Application for this type of finned tubes are in Air coolers, Air heaters,
Oil cooler, Steam and Oil radiators etc.
The forming process and its use of material without wastage makes finned tubes own many benefits as follows,

▷ Finned tubes with better bonding of fins give a larger surface area increasing
the heat transfer rate
▷ Extruded fin offers excellent corrosion protection of the base tube from
atmospheric corrosion

▷ More compact construction with Wave fin tubes, facility to mount and maintain
▷ Extruded Wave fin tube provides approx. 1.15 times more surface area and 1.5
times more thermal capacity when compared to the same size of ordinary extruded fin
