Established in 1998, Hangzhou Xinye Bottle Cap Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the manufacture and trade of crown caps and the trade of tinplate and industrial chemicals. We now have 358 employees, 25 of whom are professional technical personnel.
In the joint efforts of all the employees in 2004, our company completed the third phase of our company's technological transformation successfully with more than USD1,122,600 investment. We introduced a FUJI brand two-color tinplate printing line and a FUJI coating line, and both of them were put into production in September 2004. In March 2005, we purchased all the operational assets of Crown Lid-Producing Industry Co., Ltd. of Zhejiang Province with USD1,101,400, and thus the second manufacturing workshop was established.
At present, our company has 17 auto-manufacturing lines of crown lid producing, which were purchased from Italian SACMI Company and can theoretically produce 12.5 billion crown lids per year; 1 two-color tinplate printing line, 1 single-color tinplate printing line and 1 coating line all from FUJI in Japan;1 single-color tinplate printing line from Taiwan Minglin and 1 domestic coating line.
"Under the support of our most customers, we sold 3.5 billion crown lids in 2004, and which ensured us to be the No.2 in the same industry in China. The sales volume reached more than 4,800,000,000pcs till August 25, 2005. At present, our products are sold to many recognized companies in all the main provinces in China. More than 80 beer companies are included."
