Overview: XWLM series vertical mill reducer includes two-stage transmission structure (consists of bevel gear and planetary gear) and three-stage transmission structure (consists of bevel gear, helical gear and planetary gear). Special design can be made when specified by customers.

Feature:
Bevel gear, helical gear, sun gear and planet gear - carburizing, quenching and gear grinding technology. Helical gear, sun gear and planet gear - modification and shot peening intensity on gear teeth.
Ring gear - alloy steel of high quality, thermal refining and modification.
Sun gear is connected with bevel gear or helical gear by cog-wheel coupling for uniform load.
Vertical load of mill is taken by tilting pad journal bearing, which prevents internal gear from the impact of mill. Method of lubrication: dynamic pressure, static pressure, hybrid pressure.
Box is welded by structural steel of high quality and cast steel, which makes it sturdy and durable.
Design life of rolling bearing can be up to 80,000 hours.
Application: Widely used in cement industry, power industry and metallurgical industry.
