The hot expanding machine is non-standard equipment. It expand tube’s od size while keep wall thickness the same.We could design and manufacture full-automatic or semi-automatic type according to your requirement.

Main features:

1.The main valves use international standard Rexroth serious products, magnetic valves use safe DC 24V controlling.

2.The hydraulic pump station adopt full sealed structure, no leak, with main and auxiliary fuel tank, easy in maintenance.

3.Digital indicator installed on the console, monitoring operation temperature and hydraulic pressure.

4. Electrical elements adopt Siemens or Schneider products.

Expanding specification:

Finished Pipe Diameter: φ60~φ1,420mm
Pipe Wall thickness: 3~120mm
Pipe Length: 3~24m.
Various materials: P91-92/T91-92, Q235, Q345, 45#, F52, A106B-C ,12CrMoV, etc.
