    Product Detail
  High frequency low carbon steel pipe making machine is the main equipment in the production line. It can produce circular, square and rectangular, and special pipe of low carbon steel with the diameter from 8mm to 508mm and thickness 0.4mm to 16mm. We can also make programme according to the requirement of the customers.

The process flow of the production line is that feed steel strip of a certain specification into the machine and then use forming roll to crimp the steel strip into pipe-blank. Then under skin effect and proximity effect of high frequency electric current, induced electricity is concentrated onto the bonding surface of the pipe profile fringe and heat up the pipe profile fringe quickly to the welding temperature and finish welding under the pressure of the squeeze roller. After cooling, sizing and broad straightening, you can get the steel pipe of needed specification. Our products such as roll forming unit, FFX forming unit, cage forming unit can produce X80 and J55 API petroleum casing pipe and petroleum and gas pipe, which conform to the standard of API-5L, API-5CT. This unit can also produce special pipes for air cooling condenser used by electric power plant or steel mill.
