Dear Sir/Madam,

I represent a Nigerian company, Abelheights Marketing and we are interested in buying herbal medicine (TCM) from China for sale in Nigeria. We want to have a contract manufacturing agreement (OEM) with a Chinese company for the production of herbal medicine which we will import into Nigeria for sale. At the moment, we want a Chinese company to manufacture herbal medicine for us for treating the following health problems:

1. Sex enhancements, impotency, premature ejaculation, penis enlargement.
2. Herbal medicine for treating low sperm count and male infertility.

In the future we will expand our product line to include the following:

3. Herbal medicine for treating difficult infections.
4. Herbal pills for treating diabetes Type 2.
5. Pills for enhancing female fertility, ovulation and hormonal balance.
6. Breast enlargement in women.
7. Pills for treating Hypertension.
8. Herb teas for treating hypertension and diabetes and also for improving kidney function.

We want you to help us manufacture excellent products that fit our requirements for us.. PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR COUNTRY, NIGERIA HAS VERY STRICT REGULATIONS CONCERNING THE IMPORTATION OF FOODS, DRUGS AND MEDICINES. The regulations in Nigeria requires that only food or health care products which are freely sold and consumed in the producing country may be imported into Nigeria. Therefore you must be willing to provide the following once we agree to do business together:

1. Certificate of Manufacture and Free Sale: This must indicate the name of the manufacturer and the products. It must be issued by a relevant health/regulatory body and it must be authenticated by the Nigerian Embassy in China. This is to ensure that the product to be imported is actually sold and used in China by the people of China. Products that are not sold and used in China are not allowed into Nigeria.
2. Comprehensive Certificate of Analysis: This must be issued by the manufacturer and the names and designation of the analyst must be indicated.
3. Letter of invitation for us and for the Nigerian regulatory agency (National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control - NAFDAC) to inspect their factory in China.

We will provide product design and specification.We will order for items 1 and 2 immediately and we will order for items 3 to 7 later. We will buy at least 5000 pcs each time we order. We will also provide the package design and specification.
