Filling Machine, Jelly Filling

Product Description

I am urgently looking for a filling & sealing machine, ( what you call a yogurt filling line) to do 80 ml and 175 ml cups of orange juice, water, yogurt, baby food and ready to eat jelly/desserts. Must be able to seal flexible material polyethylene/nylon lidding material, we are looking for filling around 1,800 cups per hour. This machine is our start up machine as our customers want actual product produced on the machine, not hand samples so price is a major factor for us but I am willing to give an under taking that the next machine will be purchased from the same supplier within 12 months
The Desserts and shelf stable Jelly are filled at 60 deg C + .Filling is a hot liquid.
Currently we supply the catering trade A3 cans with Tomato, Beet root, Pickled cucumbers, Jalapenos for in various catering types of packs, we need to look at replacement for metal cans.
We have a cellburst ( Puree) machine to do soup, baby foods, geriatric foods, pastes etc, most of which will go into airline and hospital meal trays but we want to offer this to retail and wholesale trade, hence we will need a machine to cater for doy filling and sealing.
