The machine input is 30-37 tons of potatoes per 24 hours.
The machine could be used in following:
Producing blanch potatoes – 18-21 tons/24h
Producing chips – the output depends on the efficiency of the frying machine
Producing chilled potatoes /3-5 C/ vacuum packed for cooking.
In order to properly install the machine you would need a space at about 720 square meters.
The machine is second hand in perfect condition.
The machine might be sold divided into two pieces:
The first piece: Washing, pilling, cutting, blanching and chilling the potatoes – price being ~100 000 Euro.
The second piece: Obtaining potato granules using the pilled prepared potatoes – price being ~ 150 000 Euro. |
