Near to Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway and the coastal passage, and adjacent to Beilun Port, the deep water port, the company enjoys a convenient transportation and excellent environment.
The company occupies a ground area of 41,500 square meters, including workshop area of nearly 29,000 square meters. Now it has a staff of 300++ members and carries out the quality and technique managing system of chief engineer liability. Equipped with strong technical power, complete processing devices, and over 200 sets of special equipments for fastener manufacturing and general equipments of machining, the company has got the capacity of processing the whole set of fasteners, ranging from drawbench, forging, cutting, to screw thread machining and heat treatment. The complete inspecting devices can fulfill the physical or chemical test of various high intension or high pressure fasteners, or products with special requirement. Through nearly 20 years of manufacturing experience, we have accumulated affluent experiences and multiple selling channels. The quality of our products is also becoming more and more reliable. We can produce various fasteners and hydrostatic parts based on National standard (GB), Germany standard (DIN), and American standard (ANSI). Additionally, we can also process complicated and high precision mechanical parts and fittings. Our mainly domestic customers include many state-owned enterprises in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chendu, Guangzhou, and Wuhan, etc., and overseas customers include countries and regions in Europe, America, and Middle East.
In May of 2002, our company has got the quality certificate of ISO9001, and certificate of High Quality Product in Zhejiang Province issued by Quality Supervision & Inspection Bureau of Mechanical Product in Zhejiang Province. Our company owns the producing capacity of high strength big hexangular bolt used in GB/T1228 steel structure, and has got the “Quality Certificate of Products”. Furthermore, we can also produce various profile fasteners. Only in 2001, our company produced over 60,000 sets of longitudinal and horizontal connecting bolts used in underground and tunnels for Guangzhou city. Owning to these performances, our company is taken in by Association of China General Mechanical Fittings & Parts Industry as its central member.
