SZJY＊ main products: OCXO, TCXO, VCXO and high stabilized SPXO as follows:
OCXO in very small dimension of Dip14, stability of 5℅10-9, monthly production capability is 10k. TCXO adopts the monolithic IC digital-analogue combined compensation technology. The stability F vs T is up to㊣2ppm at -40 ~ +85⊥. The monthly production capability is 50k. VCXO adopts second-package technology with high precision, high reliability and low aging , and frequency accuracy reaches㊣5ppm, inefficiency loss rate is lower than 100ppm. The monthly production capability is 200k. High-precision SPXO adopts UM series and second-package technology. The frequency is up to 160MHz, with the accuracy of ㊣5ppm, inefficiency loss rate is lower than 50ppm. The monthly production capability is 500k.
